Harmony Hill

I left my psychotherapy practice and Reiki practice in Florida to come to the unknown up in the Catskill Mountain Region.    I had lived and worked in Florida for 22 years so when I decided to relocate and build a retreat center, I assumed it would take a long time to get 'known'.  Our Harmony Hill Retreat Center had its grand opening in July with our labyrinth, our tree house lodging, and our schedule of events. 

The word is spreading.  People are coming.  Newspapers are doing articles on us.  The National Health Magazine named Harmony Hill's labyrinth the Circle of Serenity.  People are expressing gratitude that we are here.  Local community members are coming to provide services.  We have yoga once a week, Zikr twice a week, ACIM once a week, alignment, breathwork and mindfulness meditation once a week, full moon labyrinth walks, Reiki classes, other workshops and retreats.  Some come just to get away in one of our yurts in the woods.....to reconnect by disconnecting......to rediscover the harmony within.

The welcoming has been nothing short of a miracle.
