Getting Un-Stuck
While meditating recently I asked a question: how can i keep from getting stuck? [I meant from getting stuck in fear or doubt or whatever]. The answer came so quickly I knew it wasn't my imagination: ''NON-ATTACHMENT''. I was focusing on what that meant when they spoke again: ''if you are going down the river in a boat and you think the boat is keeping you safe, that's attachment''.
While i am marveling at this metaphor, they spoke once more: ''when you realize you are the boat, you are the water, you are the river, you are the wind; when you realize you are all of it, there will be no attachment......there will be no fear, no stuckness of any kind''.
