How Happiness Happens
Dog is God spelled backwards. This is not a commentary on God is in the dog, albeit that is a worthy discussion. I am thinking about how GOD is so unlike DOGma. What I am thinking of is how dogma is the antithithis of God. The God I am acquainted with knows only Love, sees only Love, is only Love. He [It, She] knows and sees only Himself in us, as we were made in His image. We are the offspring of All That Is. As long as we see other than what God sees, we will be in the experience of that 'other'. And when we are determined to see only love and be only love, our whole world changes to reflect that.
Don't take my word for it. Test it. For one day. For one hour. Be determined to see things differently, as through the eyes of God. Pretend. Then practice what you are pretending. No matter what is going on in your outer world. Practice more and more. Being right or justified or hurt doesn't seem so important. Happiness happens. Joy enters in and just doesn't leave.
