What's an AFGE?

Life often brings us challenges, lessons, gifts, conflicts,.....opportunities for growth.......does it not?  When life brings you  an AFGE [ Another Freeking Growth Experience] .....do you respond with an AGGE [Another Grooling Guilt Experience ]....... or by with an AABE [Accepting Allowing Blessing Embracing]  ??  Can you guess which response is filled with judgment and anger?  Can you guess which one will bring you peace and joy?  I invite you to experiment.   Even pretending or imagining an AABE can help us to shift to the experiences we really want in life.
