Tsunami Sorrow

With the devastation happening far away, the only comfort I seem to find is that in knowing that we can send loving, holy, and calming thoughts and energy into that event and into the souls...... those who stayed and those who are leaving.  And in the sending, extending of those loving thoughts and energies, it is received and felt, as all thought takes form.  And in the knowing of our Oneness, the bereaved ones can feel my sorrow joining with theirs.
