Self-Compassion

It has been said that our greatest strength is self-compassion.  That makes me ponder how strong am I?  How often I have compassion for another.  How often I fail to accept and allow and bless and embrace [AABE] my self.  On a scale of 1 to 10, where would you place yourself on the self-compassion scale, with 10 being the highest number?  Desiring to have compassion for the self might be a good place to begin to shift.  Some of you may be a 6 or 7;  some of you are a 2 or 3.  I will joyn with you in having a strong desire for self-compassion and to notice where I am on the scale; consciously climbing to a 9 and 10.
